This year’s event is on Friday, 19th December. Anyone who has played in the fuddle before will know how popular it is, and teams will sell out. Therefore, here are the full details and instructions in advance, to give you enough time and ensure you do not miss out.

The full details will follow in the coming weeks, but we are sticking to the usual popular format (to be confirmed):

• Arrival for breakfast sandwiches, tea and coffee.
• Shotgun start. Teams of four. Best two scores to count on each hole. Nearest pins.
• Hot roast turkey sandwiches with all the trimmings.
• Prize presentation.
• Brass band, carols, live singer(s).
• The halfway house opens during play.
• The bar is open before play and then late after.

How to book:

• Bookings open on Friday, 7th November, at 7 pm via the Intelligent Golf app or the website.
• We kindly request that full payment be made at the time of booking to assist us with administrative tasks in the lead-up to the day. Anyone not paying upon booking will have until Friday, 28th November at 7 pm to make a full payment, either on IG or via the pro shop.
• PLEASE NOTE: Any teams not paid for in full by that time will be removed from the system to free up space for others to book.
• Initially, bookings are only open to members. The cost per player is £30. If the day isn’t sold out by Friday, 28th November at 7 pm, then spaces will be opened for members’ guests at £50 per player.

We have already received enquiries about sponsorship opportunities on the day. It is an excellent opportunity for members to network and promote their businesses, so we have put together the following sponsorship package.

• Sponsor’s logo/sign on a tee.
• Logo/advert on the clubhouse TV screen all day (full page display on a loop).
• Logo/advert on the printed welcome letter (which will feature starting tee, timings, etc).

This sponsorship package is available at a one-off cost of £50. Please email dangostling@gmail.com to request your tee (on a first-come, first-served basis) and to arrange your artwork, which will be done for you.
